The product roadmap represents a view of the progress, direction and priorities of the product in the future, including all features and activities.
It should be accessible and shared with the entire team, and act as a key document against which everyone can evaluate their contributions.
Every single thing a team member does, from software developers to sales staff, should be done with the goal of making the future vision in the roadmap a successful reality.
