The team at thestartupfactory.tech have recently welcomed a young, but old face back to the office.
Lucas Diaz Fiol rejoins the team as a Junior Software Engineer after a successful paid internship in Software Engineering
After completing his software engineering degree with Manchester University he rejoins at a critical time as work commences on several new and exciting projects.
‘As an intern I worked on different projects including FarmerApp, FreeUp and Openside which meant I got to try and test different things and felt I was making an impact which was my main reason for wanting to come back.
I’m excited to gain new skills as well as improving the ones I’ve already got, as well as this I also really like the team and culture at tsf.tech everyone has taken time out to help me and we use the phrase ‘informal but professional’ which captures our way of working perfectly I can see I’ll be challenged and will continue to grow here.’
Ian Brookes, founder of thestartupfactory.tech said ‘We’re delighted to welcome Lucas back, he really left his mark as an intern for us and with several new and exciting projects on the horizon it’s a great time to bring some new energy in to the team.’
