myonlinecoach is an on demand coaching platform which helps everyone find their own level of workplace happiness and success. Founded by Lesley Calland, myonlinecoach aims to make career coaching accessible and affordable for all business who are looking to improve the employee experience, have better conversations and retain happy motivated teams.

  • With a background in coaching as well as running leadership and development programmes, Lesley had a vision to use technology to scale the service she was currently offering. Using technology to connect inspiring coaches, with brilliant business- with a live & on-demand booking platform. 
  • Starting with a design sprint, we worked with Lesley on design and user testing across the platform, integrating stripe as a payment method and enabling businesses and clients to filter on coach criteria.
  • We executed a mobile-first approach,  integrating stripe as a payment method and enabling businesses and clients to connect with coaches and filter on coach criteria.
  •  User testing across the platform, now supporting launch and onboarding activity
