Design Sprint 2.0

Do you think it's possible to go from raw idea to a tested, interactive prototype in just 4 days? Nope– we didn't think so either. Until now.

Go from business problem to a tested product solution in just 4 days. We are the first known certified facilitator(s) in Design Sprint 2.0 by AJ&Smart and Jake Knapp in Manchester, UK. Probably even the whole of the Northwest.

Our latest Sprint

Black and white head shot of Paul Coombes

“[What I valued most from the sprint was] generating new ideas and getting input from others.”

– Paul Coombes. Founder of Movvle.

“Clarity. As a startup, there are endless possibilities of what direction you can take. Going through the exercises of the design sprint lead by Chuck helped me challenge my current thinking. Plus it brings the team together, so we can collectively drive forward.”

– Rich Lang. Founder of Spokd.

How does it help me?

By the end of the process you will:

  • Get your thinking down on paper
  • Validate the idea from a Tech, Design and Business angle
  • Create a tangible interactive concept to demo

The outcome for the Sprint is either an efficient failure, or a flawed success. In just 4 days you will know whether you need to go back to the drawing board, or have an idea worth investing in that’s easier to demonstrate to others.

The Process

Taking notes during test day of a Sprint.

With you (the client) and our team:

  • Day 1, Map & Sketch, will identify your riskiest assumption, and generate a mass of solutions.
  • Day 2, Decide, we’ll pick the best solution and decide how to build it.

Our team, with check-in points for you:

  • Day 3, Prototype, an interactive prototype will be assembled.
  • Day 4, Test, we pit the solution against real users to prove or disprove the idea.

The Sprint is Powerful
